Frequently Asked Questions
-
We currently accept Medicare and Tricare through an annual contract model. For all other patients, visits are billed at the standard rate of $400/hour.
We do not bill insurance directly, but we’re happy to provide superbills and clinical notes for you to submit for potential reimbursement. Lab work and imaging can be billed through your insurance.
-
All billing is handled through the patient portal. Please enter your credit card information under the Invoices tab when scheduling. Payments for professional services and supplements will be processed at the time of service via Bluefin, our secure, encrypted payment provider.
-
For Medicare and Tricare patients, we offer an annual contract covering up to 5 hours of visit time and professional services for 1 year:
One-time payment: $1,600 at your first visit
OR: $400 deposit at your first visit + $133/month
-
Your initial consultation will last about an hour and include:
Review of symptoms, medical history, past treatments
Physical exam
Discussion of lab work and imaging
Review of any medications or supplements you’re currently taking
You’ll then be scheduled for labs (typically the following week) and a follow-up appointment in 3–4 weeks to go over results and outline your personalized care plan.
-
We primarily use Vibrant America for new patient and annual follow-up testing:
New Patient Panel: $718.80
Annual Follow-Up: $454.00
Micronutrient Panel Only: $350.00
We can also send labs through LabCorp or Quest for specific follow-ups, which are often covered by insurance. Any out-of-pocket costs from LabCorp are billed directly by LabCorp to you.
